Red Oak Mobile Home Park is how Red Oak Developments all got started. This community is the original park started in 1938. It remains a family-run business, proudly owned by the Degenhart family, who still personally manage the day-to-day operations and oversee construction in the community. Red Oak Park, as well as sister property South Point Village, are both pet-friendly neighborhoods that are well-maintained, well-managed and well-located for seniors who enjoy being on the go, but who also like to enjoy the comforts of their home and the social atmosphere that a 55 and over community can provide.
