Bowling Green State University alum, Rex Grasz, has been involved in the mortgage industry since 1998. He grew up moving from place to place with his family as his dad was involved in the Air Force for 20 years, so he has always enjoyed traveling and exploring new places. Rex became a mortgage broker after he had a difficult time financing his first home. A friend told Rex about becoming a mortgage broker, and it instantly piqued his interest. He wanted to find a way to help people finance homes that was better than his own home-buying experience.Rex decided to join the UHM team after recognizing the UHM company culture and stability matched his own expectations for treating fellow partners and clients fairly. Since then, he has found himself enjoying his job more and more every day!

Rex is also involved in the Rotary of Upper Sandusky, Knights of Columbus, Elks BPOE #83, Wyandot County Economic Development, and the Wyandot County Chamber of Commerce.

He currently resides in Upper Sandusky, Ohio, with his wife, Kathy, and has been blessed with two wonderful children as well as a granddaughter. Family comes first for Rex, and they love to travel and go boating on Lake Erie together when he isn’t at work.

Rex has been involved in all aspects of real estate and real estate finance. He has owned over 20 properties and has experience in primary residence, second homes, investment properties, vacation rentals and has owned commercial property as well. He has previously held a Real Estate Sales license and he understands what it is like to be on all sides of the transaction.
